Competition - Win a Maki 3.0 with the purchase of a SUSHI BIKE 3.0+

For the sake of linguistic simplicity, the generic masculine used on this site is to be understood as gender-neutral and includes persons of all genders.

1. Organizer of the competition

The competition is organized by SUSHI Mobility GmbH, Geretsriederstraße 10, 81379 Munich, hereinafter referred to as the “organizer.”

2. Eligibility

1. Eligible to participate are natural persons aged 18 years and over residing in Germany, Austria or Switzerland who order a SUSHI BIKE 3.0+ model via the official website www.sushi-bikes.com during the promotion period.
2. Employees of the organizer, their relatives and persons involved in the conduct of the competition are excluded from participation.

3. Participation period and conditions

1. The competition begins on May 1, 2025 and ends on May 31, 2025.
2. All orders placed during this period will automatically be entered into the competition. No separate registration is required.

4. Profit

1. We are giving away a SUSHI BIKE Maki 3.0 in size M and the limited edition color Breeze Blue (value: €1,399 including VAT, excluding shipping or additional services).
2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products or services.

5. Determination and announcement of the winner

1. The winner will be determined by drawing lots on June 2, 2025.
2. The winner will be notified by email or telephone using the contact details provided during the order process.
3. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.

6. Data protection

1. As part of the competition, personal data such as name, email address and telephone number will be collected, processed and stored exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition.
2. After the competition has ended and the data has been fully processed, the data will be deleted unless there are legal retention obligations.

7. Exclusion from the competition

1. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition who violate the terms and conditions or attempt to influence the competition through technical manipulation or other unfair means.
2. Orders that are canceled or not paid are excluded from the competition.

8. Early termination and changes

The organizer reserves the right to change or prematurely terminate the competition at any time without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances make this necessary, in particular in the event of technical malfunctions, legal obstacles or cases of force majeure.

9. Liability

1. The organizer is not liable for damages resulting from participation in the competition or from technical malfunctions.
2. The organizer’s liability for the proper conduct of the competition is limited to intent and gross negligence.

10. Applicable law

The competition is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
