participation conditions

Competition - 3.0+ Launch:

1. Organizer of the competition

The competition is organized by SUSHI Mobility GmbH, Geretsriederstraße 10, 81379 Munich, hereinafter referred to as the “organizer”.

2. Eligibility

  1. Natural persons aged 18 or over residing in Germany, Austria or Switzerland who order a SUSHI BIKE 3.0+ model via the official website www.sushi-bikes.com during the promotion period are eligible to participate.
  2. Employees of the organizer, their relatives and persons involved in the implementation of the competition are excluded from participation.

3. Participation period and conditions

  1. The competition begins with the start of sales of the SUSHI BIKE 3.0+ on January 13, 2025 and ends automatically as soon as the 500th order of the model has been received.
  2. All orders of the SUSHI BIKE 3.0+ up to the 500th order automatically take part in the competition. Separate registration is not required.

4th prize

  1. The prize includes a refund of the full purchase price of the SUSHI BIKE 3.0+ (value: €1,499 including VAT , excluding shipping costs or additional services).
  2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products or services.

5. Determination and announcement of the winner

  1. The winner will be chosen by lottery as soon as the 500th order of the SUSHI BIKE 3.0+ has been received.
  2. The exact time of the winner determination depends on the 500 orders limit being reached and therefore cannot be specified in advance.
  3. The winner will be notified by email or telephone using the contact details provided when ordering.
  4. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.

6. Data Protection

  1. As part of the competition, personal data such as name, email address and telephone number will be collected, processed and stored exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition.
  2. After the competition has ended and been fully processed, the data will be deleted unless there are legal retention obligations.

7. Exclusion from the competition

  1. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition who violate the conditions of participation or who attempt to influence the competition through technical manipulation or other unfair means.
  2. Orders that are cancelled or not paid for are excluded from the competition.

8. Early termination and changes

The organizer reserves the right to change the competition at any time without prior notice or to terminate it prematurely if unforeseen circumstances make this necessary, in particular in the event of technical malfunctions, legal obstacles or cases of force majeure.

9. Liability

  1. The organizer is not liable for damages resulting from participation in the competition or from technical malfunctions.
  2. The organizer’s liability for the proper conduct of the competition is limited to intent and gross negligence.

10. Applicable Law

The competition is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
