Assembly

Set up by a service partner

For a flat rate , you can deliver your bike to one of our service partners and have it set up for you there. The process consists of four simple steps.

This is how it works

  • Shipping option

    At checkout, select “Bike assembly and collection from our service partner”.

  • Construction

    Bike & accessories will be sent to the partner of your choice and assembled there for you.

  • notification

    If your SUSHI BIKE is ready to be picked up, your partner will contact you by email or telephone.

  • collection

    The assembly partner will give you a short introduction, you pay for the assembly service and you can start cycling straight away.

guarantee

Voluntary warranty extension

Even though our price is very competitive and we think that we can solve most problems without sending them back, we won't let you down. As a customer, you have a 24-month statutory warranty in Germany, starting from the time the bike is delivered.

We also offer a voluntary guarantee on our bikes: This is valid for two years from the delivery date. In the first twelve months of the guarantee period, we will also cover the costs of a workshop visit upon agreement.
