The 3.0+ model has no gears because we place great importance on developing a minimalist, lightweight, and affordable e-bike. By eliminating gears, we reduce weight and maintenance requirements, making the bike particularly optimized for urban mobility. Our design provides just the right amount of support on flat or slightly hilly terrain.

Building your SUSHI BIKE has never been easier! Pre-mounted mudguards and fully wired components save you valuable time and effort. No loose cables, no complicated plugging – simply unpack, complete a few simple steps, and ride. This is user-friendly, saves time, and ensures a relaxed riding experience right from the start.

The SUSHI BIKE 3.0+'s removable 24 V/9.6 Ah (230 Wh) battery offers a range of up to 75 km , depending on riding style, assistance level, and terrain. It charges in 5.5 hours; with the Speed Charger, charging to 100% takes just 3.5 hours.

To ensure your battery lasts as long as possible, charge it when it still has 30–50% remaining capacity . Avoid running it completely empty (deep discharge) or leaving it on the charger for extended periods (overcharging). For winter storage, we recommend a charge level of 50–70% at 10–20°C in a cool, dry place.

We deliberately decided against a torque sensor for the SUSHI BIKE 3.0+ because we focus on a simple, low-maintenance, and affordable e-bike. A torque sensor is technically more complex and increases both production and maintenance costs. With our current concept, we offer a lightweight and reliable riding experience that's perfectly tailored to the needs of urban commuters.

A child seat like the BoBike Go Maxi from our shop is officially approved for our SUSHI BIKES. Child trailers are usually technically mountable, but are not officially approved—use is at your own risk.

We decided against a belt drive because we value a balance between price, weight, and ease of maintenance for our bikes. While a belt drive is quieter and requires less maintenance, it increases production costs and the overall weight of the bike. With a traditional chain, we can offer a robust, lightweight, and affordable e-bike that's perfect for everyday urban use.
