Bike return

Please keep the original packaging at least until the return period has expired. If you no longer have the original box, please package your bike return in such a way that it is protected from damage. In this case, we unfortunately have to deduct €50 from the refund amount for repackaging and packaging. The bike box may only contain your SUSHI BIKE and the attachments included in delivery. Accessories purchased separately may not be returned in the same box.

The total amount, less any damage and packaging costs, will be refunded to you within 14 days.

SUSHI BIKE returns – if it doesn’t fit

How long can I return my SUSHI BIKE?

We firmly believe that you will love our products and our mission behind them. If you still want to return your order, you can make use of our extended return policy. This allows you to return your order at any time within 30 days. A return after this period or a trade-in are not possible.

What happens to the returned bikes?

At SUSHI BIKES, we strive to offer a product that is as sustainable as possible while advancing sustainability. Saving resources is fundamental for us as a company. That's why we don't scrap returns from the outset, but rather offer them as B-stock bikes in our shop. This means that returns with small cosmetic defects such as scratches or dents get a second chance! We have carefully checked and classified all bikes that we offer as B-stock. Technical defects were excluded from the classifications. Our B-stock bikes are available in the following categories: • A - Best: Not ridden - only assembled once - minor visual defects on the frame or fork • B - Better: Already ridden - occasional optical defects • C - Good: Already several times driven – major visual defects

Where can I register my return?

Do I have to return my SUSHI BIKE in the original packaging? How do I return my SUSHI BIKE if I no longer have the original box?

If you want to return your SUSHI BIKE, this is only possible in the original packaging. Please keep the original packaging at least until the return period has expired. If you have already disposed of the original box, please package your bike return in such a way that it is adequately protected from damage. In this case, we unfortunately have to deduct 50 euros from the refund amount for repackaging and packaging.

Should I also pack purchased accessories in the bike box when returning? How long does it take for a return to be completed?

The bike box may only contain your SUSHI BIKE and the attachments included in delivery. Accessories purchased separately may not be returned in the same box. Please send a second package for this. The total amount, less any damage and packaging costs, will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.
