GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS OF SUSHI Mobility GMBH

1. Return Registration

As a consumer, you have the right to return your order to us within 14 days of receipt or delivery. Please register your return via our returns portal (https://app.claimlane.com/c/Sushi-Bikes-DE).

2. Packaging and return shipping

The return shipment must be made in the original packaging of the products, including all accessories and all packaging components. If you no longer have the original packaging, the return shipment must be made in protective outer packaging. We reserve the right to deduct €50 from the refund amount for the replacement of the packaging.

3. Wear and damage

If, upon receipt of your return, we find that the items are excessively worn, damaged or in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to deduct a deduction from the refund amount. However, you will always be informed of this. Please ensure that you return everything that was included in the delivery.

4th review

Once your return has arrived at our returns center, it will be checked for any
Damage or missing parts will be checked. The corresponding amount will then be refunded. Of course, you will be provided with updates during this process.

5. Refund

The refund will be made to the payment method you originally used. The amount will usually be credited to your account within 10 days.

If you have not received your refund within 30 days, please contact us. Please use your existing message history in the returns portal.

6. Legal Notice

Please note that the above-mentioned paragraphs are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Dear SUSHI BIKES Team,

I (NAME) would like to hereby inform you that I have not yet received any payment for my return shipment for order (ORDER NUMBER) sent on (DATE) .

The tracking number of my return is (TRANSPORTATION NUMBER) .
You will find the relevant receipt in the appendix. As a precaution, I am hereby providing you with my IBAN for reimbursement (IBAN) .
