The ergotec SP-10.0 suspension seatpost is a coil-spring-supported telescopic seatpost with 45 mm of travel. The suspension characteristics can be individually adjusted to your needs: You can adjust the preload via the screwed end cap to regulate the progressive characteristics of the steel suspension as desired. Furthermore, you can adjust the damping strength using the interchangeable spring insert (hard vs. soft). The soft spring is effective from a weight of 50 kg, while the hard spring is effective from a weight of 80 kg. The delivery includes a seatpost with two springs. The harder spring is installed, while a softer spring is included. The suspension seatpost is not suitable for the Maki 3.0 and California Roll 3.0 models.

ATTENTION: If you have set your saddle very low or it is sitting completely on the ground, you will of course have to adjust to a higher sitting position (min. 5 cm).
