Delivery and assembly
Here's what you need to know about your SUSHI BIKE 3.0+ delivery:
- Your SUSHI BIKE will be delivered directly to your home
- Delivery is carried out by a common parcel service provider
- You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the warehouse
- Please be at home at the announced delivery time to receive the package
- Alternatively, you can have your bike delivered to one of our partner workshops . To do so, select the "Assembly and pickup at our service partner" option during the ordering process. Your bike will be assembled for you, and you can simply take it with you. A flat fee is charged for the service, which you pay directly to the service partner on-site.

All B-stock bikes undergo an inspection and only have visual defects. These vary in number and location. We classify the B-stock bikes carefully and thank you for your trust.

Why does the SUSHI BIKE 3.0+ not require gears?
The 3.0+ model has no gears because we place great importance on developing a minimalist, lightweight, and affordable e-bike. By eliminating gears, we reduce weight and maintenance requirements, making the bike particularly optimized for urban mobility. Our design provides just the right amount of support on flat or slightly hilly terrain.
Why does the SUSHI BIKE 3.0+ have a durable chain instead of a belt drive?
We decided against a belt drive because we value a balance between price, weight, and ease of maintenance for our bikes. While a belt drive is quieter and requires less maintenance, it increases production costs and the overall weight of the bike. With a traditional chain, we can offer a robust, lightweight, and affordable e-bike that's perfect for everyday urban use.

Why don’t we install a torque sensor?
We deliberately decided against a torque sensor for the SUSHI BIKE 3.0+ because we focus on a simple, low-maintenance, and affordable e-bike. A torque sensor is technically more complex and increases both production and maintenance costs. With our current concept, we offer a lightweight and reliable riding experience that's perfectly tailored to the needs of urban commuters.
